Spanning over four decades, Dennis Sheppard's career in Real Estate began when he was only twenty one years of age. Over the years, Dennis has handled every aspect of the Real Estate industry. He is a state certified appraiser and has a master's degree in Real Estate from Summerset University. As a broker, appraiser, builder, property manager, and former developer, Dennis has the expertise to handle your real estate needs.

Dennis is a retired Air Force veteran, who believes devoutly in the principles on which this country was founded. Community oriented, Dennis is always searching for ways to give back to his community. He is a Master Mason and a Noble of the Mystic Shrine. Over the years Dennis has served as President of the Eau Gallie Rotary Club, President of the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer, and a member of the Melbourne and Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is the founder and a former Chairman of the Melbourne Oktoberfest Committee, and over the years has been involved with various initiatives, such as Keep Brevard Beautiful.
